Requirements
The below is needed in order to apply for ADSL:
Case of phone line owned by an individual:
1. Have a fixed phone line from the Ministry of Telecom
2. Provide a copy of telephone line owner’s Personal Identification Card
3. Provide a telephone line owner’s last phone bill
4. Fill in the LYNX application forms.
5. Complete and sign this delegation form allowing LYNX to apply on your behalf for the port-phone line interconnection at the Ministry of Telecom.
NOTE: The applicant signing the application must be the phone line owner. If not, a delegation letter must be signed by the original owner of the phone line thus allowing the applicant to apply and then authenticated by a notary public.
In Case the telephone line is owned by a company:
1. Have a fixed phone line from the Ministry of Telecom
2. Provide (إذاعة تجارية) the circular of the signatories of the company.
3. Provide a copy of a delegation form to the applicant signed by one of the persons whose signatures appear on the circular of the signatories of the company.
4. Provide a copy of the Personal Identification Card of the person who signed the delegation to the applicant.
5. Provide a copy of the applicant Personal Identification Card.
6. Provide a copy of the last phone bill
7. Fill in the LYNX application forms.
8. Complete and sign this delegation form allowing LYNX to apply on your behalf for the port-phone line interconnection at the Ministry of Telecom.
